Shallow water: standing; one arm strokes, the other is extended forward

ADDITIONAL EXERCISE for strokes when we have troubles with feeling the arm movement in the water. During the performance we focus on:

  • extended arm during the stroke,
  • correct arm twisting,
  • correct body twisting where we move shoulders back and forth coordinated with the stroke

                                           and

  • extended position of the stationary arm,
  • fixed head position on the surface in the body extension.
