During the performance we focus on:
- our toes over the edge,
- start position where we firm the head between extended arms,
- bending body forward,
- eccentric push off at the end of falling,
- flight and transition into the water with extended body position and head fixed in between the extended arms,
- gliding underwater where we control the depth with tilting the arms and hands,
- the start of the swimming on time.
