Edge of the pool: basic head first dive through the ring

ADDITIONAL EXERCISE for head first jump when we have troubles with direction of our flight. During the performance we focus on:

  • our toes over the edge,
  • start position where we firm the head between extended arms,
  • bending body forward,
  • eccentric push off at the end of falling,
  • flight and transition into the water with extended body position and head fixed in between the extended arms.
