| During the performance we focus on: 
touching the edge with one arm in the beginning of the turn,quick transition of the extended arm and head above the surface during the turn,gliding, where we balance the depth with leaning arms and palms,swimming out on the surface with kicks,the start of swimming on time.     We exercise turns alternately on right and left side so once the left arm is above the surface and next time the right one. |  |
