During the performance we focus on:
- long gliding in extended body position after the kicks, strokes and cycle
and
- extended body position,
- bringing the feet up,
- symmetrical leg movement,
- not bending the knees too much,
- extended arms during the stroke,
- symmetrical arm movement,
- acceleration of the stroke,
- bringing arms back with less head-on resistance,
- long gliding with arms after bringing arms back,
- lifting the head to inhale on time,
- breathing through mouth with focus on forceful exhale in the water.
