During the performance we focus on:
- start position with spreaded legs, feet in the width of hips, toes clinging the edge, forward bend and appropriately bended knees,
- simultaneous swing with extended arms and head and push off,
- flight and transition into the water with extended body position and head fixed in between the extended arms,
- gliding deep enough,
- gliding underwater where we control the depth with tilting the arms and hands,
- the start of the swimming to the surface with crawl kicks on time.
