ADDITIONAL EXERCISE for flip turn when we have troubles with timing the start of the frontal rotation. During the performance we focus on:
- timing the start of the frontal rotation,
- determined forward bend with symmetrical stroke and tucking the chin into the chest and butterfly kick,
- symmetrical and quick frontal rotation by doing the circular strokes by the body,
- transfering bent legs to the surface,
- quick body extension on the back,
- rotating the hips without strokes,
- feet touching the wall 20 to 40 cm under the surface,
- gliding where we regulate the depth with rotating the arms and palms,
- timing the start of swimming.
