| During the performance we focus on: 
fixed head position on the surface in the body extension                                             and 
relaxed, continuous kicking,hand entry in the line of the shoulder by the same side,scooping the water (start of the stroke) with extended arm,correct arm bending during the stroke,finishing the stroke with forearm movement back to the body,acceleration of the stroke,correct body twisting where we move shoulders back and forth coordinated with the stroke,extended arm when approaching the surface.       |  |
