Crawl: inhaling every fourth stroke

During the performance we focus on:

  • 90° angle between the arms

                                            and

  • relaxed, continuous kicking,
  • hand entry in the line of the shoulder by the same side,
  • correct arm bending during the stroke,
  • finish of the stroke with extended arm,
  • acceleration of the stroke,
  • returning the arm with high elbow,
  • inhaling under bent arm every third stroke.
