Crawl: with fists

EXTRA EXERCISE for coordination with focus on getting the feeling for more effective movement. During the performance we focus on:

  • bending the arm correct during the stroke so that we find the support with fists

                                            and

  • relaxed, continuous kicking,
  • hand entry in the line of the shoulder by the same side,
  • finish of the stroke with extended arm,
  • acceleration of the stroke,
  • returning the arm with high elbow,
  • 90° angle between the arms,
  • inhaling under bent arm when needed.
