ADDITIONAL EXERCISE for coordination, when we have troubles with returning the arm relaxed with high elbow. During the performance we focus on:
- returning bent arms with high elbow so that the forearm gently sways
and
- relaxed, continuous kicking,
- hand entry in the line of the shoulder by the same side,
- correct arm bending during the stroke,
- finish of the stroke with extended arm,
- acceleration of the stroke,
- returning the arm with high elbow,
- 90° angle between the arms,
- inhaling under bent arm when needed.
