Shallow water: standing; half forward bend; semi catch up strokes, breathing

ADDITIONAL EXERCISE for coordination, when we have troubles with body position on the surface. During the performance we focus on:

  • inhaling under bent arm

                                            and

  • hand entry in the line of the shoulder by the same side,
  • correct arm bending during the stroke,
  • finish of the stroke with extended arm,
  • acceleration of the stroke,
  • returning the arm with high elbow.
