Catch up strokes with a pull buoy

ADDITIONAL EXERCISE for strokes when we have troubles with the stroke and kick coordination. During the performance we focus on:

  • extended arm during the stroke,
  • correct arm twisting so we enter with the pinky finger and pull out with the thumb,
  • correct body twisting where we move shoulders back and forth coordinated with stroke

                                           and

  • extended position of the stationary arm and extended body position with hips right underneath the surface,
  • fixed head position on the surface in the body extension,
  • breathing in rythm through the mouth.
