Pool edge: lying; one arm strokes, the other is sideward the body

ADDITIONAL EXERCISE for strokes when we have troubles with feeling the arm movement in the water. During the performance we focus on:

  • extended arm during the stroke,
  • correct arm twisting so we enter with the pinky finger and pull out with the thumb,
  • correct body twisting where we move shoulders back and forth coordinated with the stroke

                                           and

 

  • fixed head position on the surface in the body extension.
