Towards the pool edge: flutter kicks with one arm sideward the body and the other extended forward; breaststroke turn touching the edge with one hand
ADDITIONAL EXERCISE for breaststroke turn, when we have troubles with slow movement of legs toward the wall. During the performance we focus on:
  • quick transition of the extended arm and head above the surface during the turn,
  • gliding with extended arms and extended body position and head stationary positioned on the surface.
 
We exercise turns alternately on right and left side so once the left arm is above the surface and next time the right one.
