Deep water: lying in sideward position; half forward bend

ADDITIONAL EXERCISE for frontal rotation when we have troubles with symmetrical performance. During the performance we focus on:

  • determined forward bend with symmetrical stroke and tucking the chin into the chest and butterfly kick,
  • symmetrical and quick frontal rotation by doing the circular strokes by the body,
  • transfering bent legs to the surface,
  • quick body extension on the back.
