Crawl; half forward bend; longitudinal rotation to the frontal position

During the performance we focus on:

  • determined forward bend with symmetrical stroke and tucking the chin into the chest and butterfly kick,
  • symmetrical and quick  by doing the circular strokes by the body,
  • transfering bent legs to the surface,
  • quick body extension on the back,
  • rotating the hips without strokes.
