Underwater breaststroke cycles; on the surface

During the performance we focus on:

  • long first gliding with extended arms infront of the body,
  • bent arm pull (the hands reach a position in front of and slightly outside the width of the shoulders),
  • accelerating the stroke,
  • long second gliding with arms by the body,
  • extending the body at the same time as the arms are returning and as we do the kick,
  • fixed head position.
