Pool edge: lying; breaststroke kicks

ADDITIONAL EXERCISE for kicks when we have troubles with body position on the surface. During the performance we focus on:

  • knees so that they are narrower than the feet at the kick out

                                           and

  • bringing the feet up,
  • symmetrical leg movement,
  • not bending the knees under body too much,
  • long gliding with extended legs and that heels are together after finishing the kick.
