Crawl: shaking hands

EXTRA EXERCISE for coordination with focus on returning the arm relaxed. During the performance we focus on:

  • returning relaxed bent arms with high elbow so that we slightly shake it

                                            and

  • relaxed, continuous kicking,
  • hand entry in the line of the shoulder by the same side,
  • correct arm bending during the stroke,
  • finish of the stroke with extended arm,
  • acceleration of the stroke,
  • 90° angle between the arms,
  • inhaling under bent arm when needed.
